shit man.....were do i start??

this week has been crazy. im sorry i didnt blog but imma try and blog for u more often. i think ill do a blog from my fone everyday and one major blog with an pic or vid every week.  well let me start wit....practiceish stuff... i dont want to give much away of what we do in practice though. not cuz im a hard ass and dont want to tell you but.... yea cuz im a hard ass and dont want to tell you. that sounds horrible but im really am getting my hard ass back.  haha. seriously though i would love for everyone who reads this blog to practice with me too but i cant let you. not that i dont want to, i do, but i just cant let my competition noe wat i am running... sorry everyone who isnt :(

so yea today i did my first half of running in 20:50....and i just heard a cat's last scream as it died... thats gonna haunt me forever... im actually tearing up. :'(

that is such bad ass luck....well im gonna take that as a sign to stop this post ill post a major one on sunday... yeah that sounds good....every sunday is my major post day
